Sara Snarr, the founder of Journey Injection Lounge, is a board-certified Nurse Practitioner. With more than 13 years of experience in the medical field, Sara brings expertise coupled with compassion, artistry, and energy to her practice. She began her career as an ICU nurse after graduating with her Bachelor of Science in nursing from OSF St. Francis College of Nursing in Peoria, IL. Her passion for her career and drive for growth inspired her to pursue higher education, and in 2012, she graduated from the University of Illinois-Chicago with her Master of Science in nursing. Her love for skin, artistry, and education motivated her to undergo additional training in medical and cosmetic dermatology. She has taken many advanced injector courses from some of the best cosmetic injectors and plastic surgeons in the world. She loves the art and science of aesthetic medicine, and also enjoys educating her patients and peers. Her focus is on patient safety and delivering a natural result for her clients.
